Initiating the Sale

The token selling process involves two steps: approving the tokens and then selling them.

Step 1: Approving Tokens

  1. After selecting the tokens you want to sell, click the "DUST SELECTED TOKENS" button.

  2. Your wallet will prompt you to approve each selected token individually. This is a standard security feature of ERC20 tokens.

  3. Carefully review and confirm each approval transaction in your wallet.

**Important Security Notes**

  • You are only approving the specific tokens you've selected for sale.

  • The approval process is identical to what you would experience in a normal Uniswap transaction.

  • Dustbin can only interact with the tokens you explicitly approve.

  • You can revoke these approvals at any time through your wallet or a token approval manager.

Note: You must approve all selected tokens before you can proceed to the actual sale. This is a limitation of the ERC20 standard and is necessary for security reasons.

Step 2: Selling Tokens

  1. Once all tokens are approved, you'll be prompted to confirm the sale transaction.

  2. Review the "Total Value" to ensure it matches your expectations.

  3. Your wallet will prompt you to approve the final transaction. Review the details carefully, including the estimated gas fees.

  4. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

Warning:

  • Ensure you're comfortable with the estimated gas fees before confirming the transaction.

  • A 5% service fee will be deducted from the final ETH amount you receive.

6. Monitoring Transaction Progress

After initiating the sale:

  1. A "Processing Status" card will appear, showing the progress of your transaction.

  2. You'll see updates as the batch sale progresses.

  3. Once complete, the card will display the total ETH received from the sale.

**Important**

If any single token in the batch fails to sell, the entire transaction will fail. In this case, you may need to remove the problematic token and try again.

Note: The actual ETH received may differ slightly from the estimate due to price fluctuations and the 5% service fee.
